Yes. Cory checks your blood pressure, pulse and oxygen before she starts, and the protocol sets a range she has to stay inside. If your numbers fall outside it, or the physician doesn't clear something on your intake, she stops and you aren't charged. It doesn't happen often, and it isn't a judgment call when it does — which is the reason to answer the health questions honestly.

Travel is free within 25 miles, which covers most of Salt Lake County. Beyond that it's $1 per mile each way. Park City, Deer Valley and other resort addresses work differently — those carry a flat resort fee rather than mileage, because of the canyon drive and the parking. Whichever applies, text us the address and we'll give you the exact number when you book. You'll never find it added on at the door.

If you're having chest pain, trouble breathing, a severe or sudden-onset headache, confusion, or you can't keep fluids down at all, call 911 or go to an ER.
